Finland’s economy eked out a gain for a fourth consecutive quarter ahead of a more pronounced expansion that is expected to follow this year.

Gross domestic product in the northernmost euro area economy expanded a seasonally adjusted 0.1% in the October-to-December period after growing 0.3% in the previous quarter, according to a flash estimate by Statistics Finland on Friday. GDP also grew 0.7% from a year ago, adjusted for working days.
