BP Brazil Head Will Take Over Bioenergy Unit After CEO Exit

The head of BP Plc in Brazil will take over as the top boss of the company’s sugar and ethanol unit, replacing an executive that decided to leave the firm.
Andres Guevara de La Vega will replace BP Bioenergy’s Chief Executive Officer Geovane Consul, who is stepping down, according to a statement on Tuesday. Guevara de La Vega will retain his position as president of BP in Brazil.
