- WiseTech shares decline almost 4% in early Sydney trading
WiseTech Global Ltd.’s board is assessing two confidential complaints about the company’s founder and former chief executive officer, Richard White, almost four months after he was forced to step aside following a series of media reports about his conduct.
The allegations, which were made by an employee and a supplier to WiseTech, are being considered by directors as part of an ongoing review, the board said in a statement Monday. WiseTech didn’t specify the nature of the accusations.
