Ecuador Exit Poll Shows Narrow First Round Win for Noboa

Ecuador President Daniel Noboa narrowly scraped to a first round win in Sunday’s election, according to an exit poll broadcast by local TV channel Teleamazonas.

The incumbent’s main rival, socialist candidate Luisa González, obtained 42.2%, according to the survey by Diego Tello cited by the network.
