Differences over performance led to Zamp SA parting ways with its chief executive officer, an abrupt leadership shift that comes just shy of a year after Mubadala Capital took control of the Brazilian fast-food company.
Paulo Camargo and the company mutually agreed he should leave as CEO, while Patricia Nicieza will also leave her position as vice president, according to the minutes of a board meeting released late Friday. Camargo, who was appointed to lead Zamp last June, left because of differences over the direction of the company, according to people familiar with the matter.
