San Francisco and a handful of other US cities are suing the Trump administration over its move to block funding for local governments with “sanctuary” policies as the president cracks down on undocumented immigrants.
A coalition of cities and counties filed a complaint Friday challenging the order issued by President Donald Trump on his first day in office to cut off federal funds for local governments that don’t comply with federal immigration enforcement.
