UK Landlords Face £6,800 Hit to Insulate Drafty Housing Stock

The UK government published plans to make rental homes more energy-efficient by forcing landlords to make costly investments in insulation.
Landlords may have to stump up an average £6,100 ($7,590) to £6,800 per property in energy-saving measures by 2030, the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero said in a statement on Friday.
