President Donald Trump said he planned to fire “some” but not all of the FBI employees who were involved in the criminal prosecutions of his supporters in connection with the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the US Capitol.
“I’ll fire some of them because some of them were corrupt,” Trump said during a White House press conference Friday, a day after the Federal Bureau of Investigation provided the US Justice Department with a list of the employees who worked on the cases.
