Top UK Vitamin Firm Vitabiotics Said to Revive £1 Billion Sale

Vitabiotics Ltd., the UK vitamin company led by ex-Dragons’ Den investor Tej Lalvani, is reviving plans to sell the business, according to people familiar with the matter.

The London-based company is working with advisers to gauge interest from potential buyers, the people said, asking not to be named because the details aren’t public. Vitabiotics, which sells some of the UK’s most popular supplement brands including Wellwoman and Wellbaby, could be valued at about £1 billion ($1.2 billion) in a sale, the people said.
