Porsche AG is preparing to oust Chief Financial Officer Lutz Meschke in a shakeup of the German luxury-car maker’s top management after sales plummeted in China.
The supervisory board authorized discussions with Meschke as well as sales head Detlev von Platen over an early termination of their appointments as executive board members, Porsche said over the weekend, without giving any reasons.
