Baller League, a six-a-side football competition backed by a range of influencers and former footballers, has picked up new investment from venture firm Apex and a group of Premier League stars.
Footballers including Diogo Jota, Diogo Dalot, Mason Mount, and José Fonte are among those investing in the deal, which is part of a $25 million series A funding round announced late last year and led by private equity firm EQT Ventures.
