Amazon Takes Office Space at New Tower in Miami’s Wynwood Area

Amazon.com Inc. is moving into Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood after signing the district’s largest-ever office lease.

The company is taking 50,333 square feet (4,676 square meters) at Wynwood Plaza, a mixed-use development that’s nearing completion, according to a statement Monday. Other tenants there will include billionaire Marcelo Claure’s investment firm and law firm Weitz & Luxenberg.
