The head of Tibet’s government-in-exile said he would welcome any harsh economic measures against China by US President Donald Trump.

The only way to bring China to its “knees” is to “give them less business,” said Penpa Tsering, the prime minister of the government-in-exile, in an interview in New Delhi on Tuesday.
