Delta Air Lines Inc. will resume commercial flights between New York and Tel Aviv starting April 1, making it the first US carrier to announce it’s restarting a route suspended after the October 2023 Hamas attack.

The airline will operate daily nonstop flights from John F. Kennedy International Airport using Airbus SE A330-900 aircraft, providing nearly 2,000 seats each week, Delta said in a statement Thursday.
