JPMorgan Chase & Co. is lending $2.3 billion for a data center development in Abilene, Texas, that’s owned by Blue Owl Capital Inc. and its partners.

The data center is being developed by Blue Owl, Crusoe Energy Systems and Primary Digital Infrastructure and started construction last year, according to a statement Wednesday. The project is already leased to Oracle Corp., according to people familiar with the matter who asked not to be named citing private information.
