Italy’s Snam to Raise Dividend, Increase Investments in New Plan

Snam SpA plans to raise shareholder remuneration and increase investments through 2029.
Italy’s gas network company said it will boost the annual dividend paid to shareholders by 4% from the previous 3% and raise capital expenditure to €12.4 billion ($12.5 billion), mainly for gas infrastructure, in its 2025-2029 plan.
