The US Supreme Court turned away an appeal by the National Association of Realtors, leaving intact a ruling that lets the Justice Department restart an antitrust probe into the organization’s policies.

The real estate trade group argued unsuccessfully that a November 2020 settlement it reached with the first Trump administration precludes the Justice Department from reopening the investigation. The Supreme Court made no comment in declining to hear the appeal as part of a list of orders released Monday.
