Hong Kong Utility CLP Hires Ex-Natixis Banker Tse to Lead M&A

CLP Holdings Ltd., Hong Kong’s top electricity provider, has hired former Natixis SA banker Jonathan Tse to lead its dealmaking efforts.
Tse will join the century-old utility this month as group head of mergers and acquisitions, a spokesperson for CLP said Monday in an emailed response to Bloomberg News queries.
