Holcim Picks Ex-CEO Jenisch to Lead North America Spinoff

Holcim Ltd. picked former Chief Executive Officer Jan Jenisch to lead its North America business, as the Swiss building-solutions company spins off the unit to focus on rapid growth in the US.
Jenisch, who is currently chair of Holcim’s board of directors, will steer the planned company to take advantage of surging demand in the US for single-family homes. The company is expected to be listed in the first half of the year.
