HP Inc. is making a contribution to Donald Trump’s inauguration, joining Microsoft Corp., Amazon.com Inc. and other major technology companies funding festivities this month for the incoming US president who has vowed to impose sweeping tariffs.

An HP spokesperson confirmed that the company was giving funds without disclosing the sum. Alphabet Inc.’s Google, Meta Platforms Inc. and OpenAI Chief Executive Officer Sam Altman are also among those contributing to the fund.
