A federal judge ordered luxury real estate broker Tal Alexander and his brother Alon to be transported to New York from Florida to face sex-trafficking charges.

US District Judge Valerie Caproni on Tuesday denied Tal and Alon’s request to remain in federal custody in Florida while they make a fresh push to be released on bail. Tal, 38, Alon and a third brother Oren, both 37, were arrested in Miami last month after being charged by Manhattan federal prosecutors with a yearslong scheme to “drug, sexually assault and rape dozens of victims.”
