Galp Energia SGPS SA’s ethics committee is investigating an anonymous tip about an alleged personal relationship between Chief Executive Officer Filipe Silva and a manager at the Portuguese oil company, Eco reported, citing people it didn’t identify.
The alleged relationship may cast doubt on the integrity of decisions made by the 60-year-old CEO, the online Portuguese publication reported, citing one of the people.
