President Joe Biden plans to go to New Orleans early next week, days after an attack that killed at least 15 people early New Year’s Day revived fears of terrorist violence on American soil.
The visit, scheduled for Monday, will come before the president’s previously planned trip to Los Angeles, the White House announced Friday morning.
