Russia’s oil-product exports eased slightly last week on smaller diesel flows, after rebounding in November as more refining units returned from seasonal maintenance.
Four-week average flows of petroleum products totaled 2.25 million barrels a day in the week through Dec. 8, according to data compiled by Bloomberg from analytics firm Vortexa Ltd. That’s 4.5% below the previous week’s level.
