Bank of America Corp. has named new leaders for its corporate and investment banking for the Benelux region in a bid to expand its local client network.

Frank Haffmans, who’s head of the corporate banking for Benelux, has been elevated to co-lead the broader business for the region, according to a memo seen by Bloomberg News. The other co-head is former Goldman Sachs Group Inc. banker Sergeij Hierner, who’s set to join the bank at the start of next year.
