Juan Soto has decided to sign with the New York Mets in a record-breaking contract for Major League Baseball, ESPN reported.

The deal for Soto, 26, is valued at $765 million over 15 years, ESPN said, with no deferred money. That surpasses the total valuation of Shohei Ohtani’s $700 million 10-year contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers last December.
