Amtrak resumed service on trains between New York’s Penn Station and New Haven, Connecticut, after a brush fire near East Tremont Avenue in the Bronx spurred power outages starting on Tuesday.

Service was restored around 3:20pm New York time, according to a statement from the railroad. Tracks were closed for almost a full day by the fire, halting all trains between the two cities.
