Climate wasn’t a top issue at the 2024 US election. And, yet, experts warn that Donald Trump’s win will have huge negative implications for the global climate fight.
“Is he going to make it harder? Yes, there’s no sugar coating that,” said Democratic Congressman Ro Khanna. But he thinks there’s room for progress as “a Neanderthal view of climate” won’t sit well with the American public.
