Democrat Kamala Harris won Nebraska’s 2nd Congressional District to net one of the Republican-leaning state’s five electoral votes, according to the Associated Press.
Nebraska isn’t a winner-take-all state. The winner of the state gets two electoral votes, and the winner of each district receives one. Republicans tried to change the state to winner-take-all prior to the election but weren’t successful.
