Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co.’s international expansion doesn’t appear to have been waylaid by European Union import tariffs on Chinese-made electric vehicles with the company’s Lynk & Co. brand launching its first EV for the bloc on Friday.

The Z20 electric cross-over sport utility vehicle was unveiled in Milan, an interesting choice considering Italy was one of the countries that voted last week in favor of passing the tariffs.
