Russia Says It Pumped Oil Below OPEC+ Target in September

Russia’s own data show its crude production in September fell just below its monthly target under the OPEC+ deal, according to people familiar with figures from the country’s Energy Ministry.

The key member of the alliance produced 8.97 million barrels a day last month, the people said on condition of anonymity because the figures aren’t public. That’s down about 13,000 barrels a day down from the August level.
