Banks analyst Kenneth Usdin is leaving Jefferies Financial Group Inc. after 14 years to join Bernstein, according to people familiar with the matter.
Usdin will become co-head of Bernstein’s financial services research arm Autonomous, said one of the people, who requested anonymity because the appointment hasn’t been publicly announced.
