Whatfix Inc., whose software help companies use web applications and other IT tools, raised $125 million in a funding round led by Warburg Pincus to fuel its expansion.
The Series E round values the startup at $900 million and puts it on a path for an initial public offering in two years, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Khadim Batti said in an interview. Existing investor SoftBank Vision Fund was among participants.
