AXA IM Seeks to Lure Investors for New Liquid Consumer ABS Fund

AXA IM Alts said it’s starting a new fund to focus on high-rated broadly traded asset-backed securities.
The AXA IM Investment Grade ABS Fund plans to invest in a spectrum of consumer-linked assets including corporate credit, real assets and collateralized loan obligations, said AXA Investment Managers’ division for alternative asset classes in a statement seen by Bloomberg News. The average credit rating of the portfolio will be AA, one of the highest investment grades.
