Ukraine to Spend All Taxes on Defense Next Year, Premier Says

Ukraine’s government plans to spend all income raised through taxation next year on security and defense needs, with other costs to be covered by external funding sources, according to the nation’s premier.
Ukraine doubled its weapons’ output in the first eight months of the year compared with the same period of 2023, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal told reporters in Kyiv on Tuesday.
