Bain-Backed 360 One Raises $500 Million for Secondary Fund

Bain Capital-backed 360 ONE WAM Ltd., one of India’s largest wealth firms, raised $500 million for its debut secondary fund, according to Sameer Nath, chief investment officer and head of venture capital and private equity at its asset management business.

Unlike typical secondary funds that buy stakes in other funds, 360 One’s will also invest in companies planning to go public within the next two years, Nath said in an interview Wednesday.
