Airbus, Quebec Commit Another $1.2 Billion to A220 Jet Venture

Airbus SE and the government of Quebec will invest as much as $1.2 billion to ramp up production of the narrow-body A220 passenger jet, buying more time to try to make the aircraft profitable.
The European aerospace firm expects is responsible for up to $900 million, in proportion to its 75% stake in the jet program.
