Money-market fund assets fell for the second straight week, driven by institutional government funds, amid the recent quarterly corporate tax payment.

About $5.68 billion flowed out of US money-market funds in the week through March 27, according to Investment Company Institute data. Total assets dropped to $6.04 trillion from $6.047 trillion the week prior.
