Pfizer Inc. has sold more than £2.8 billion ($3.5 billion) of shares in Haleon Plc, the first step by the UK consumer health company’s biggest shareholder to reduce its 32% stake.
The US drugmaker sold about 696 million shares at £3.08 each and about 98 million American depositary shares, each representing two ordinary shares, at $7.85 each.
