Super Micro, Deckers Outdoor to Join S&P 500 After Rebalancing
- Whirlpool and Zions Bancorp to be removed from the gauge
- Shifts to take place prior to market open on March 18

Super Micro Computer Inc. and Deckers Outdoor Corp. have been added to the S&P 500 index in the latest quarterly weighting change.
The two firms will replace Whirlpool Corp. and Zions Bancorp NA prior to the start of trading on March 18, S&P Dow Jones Indices said in a press release late Friday. Shares of Super Micro soared as much as 14% in postmarket trading while Deckers Outdoor rose more than 2%.
