BC Partners’s sale process for Keter Group BV has ended without a deal, paving the way for a creditor takeover of the furniture maker, people with knowledge of the matter said.
While Keter attracted interest from suitors, BC Partners wasn’t able to find a buyer at the right price, the people said. BC Partners is set to inform creditors of the result in the coming days, according to the people, who asked not to be identified because the information is private.
