Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy pressed his case for a global peace summit to leaders in southeastern Europe, while highlighting the need for more weapons as Kyiv confronts dwindling supplies of Western aid.

Zelenskiy has been on the road in recent weeks, pushing a two-prong strategy to seek new deliveries of weapons and discuss ways to end the war. He visited France and Germany this month before making a trip to Saudi Arabia on Tuesday.
