SpaceX-Labor Fight Pushed Back to Texas by Appeals Court

A federal appeals court intervened to reverse the transfer of SpaceX’s lawsuit against the US labor board from Texas to California.

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday directed a Texas federal judge to ask for the Los Angeles-based court to send the dispute between the US National Labor Relations Board and Elon Musk’s aerospace company back to Brownsville for further proceedings. The appeals panel said it’s not taking a position yet on which jurisdiction should handle the case going forward.
