Santander Chairman Ana Botin Earned €12.2 Million Last Year

Banco Santander SA Executive Chairman Ana Botin’s compensation for 2023 increased 4.3%, as the bank saw its highest ever profit.
Botin earned €12.2 million ($13.15 million) in total remuneration, split between €7.4 million in cash and €4.8 million in gross profit on shares and other special payments, the Spanish lender said in a filing to regulators Monday night. She earned €11.7 million in 2022.
