Norway’s home prices are set for an extended rally from spring next year through 2025 due to high wage growth and upcoming interest-rate cuts, according to analysts at Svenska Handelsbanken AB.

Housing prices in Norway have exceeded the central bank’s projections in the past months by remaining steady in the face of a string of key rate increases, adding to evidence of a more resilient market than those in the neighboring Nordic countries.
