European digital finance firm Bunq is launching a chatbot allowing users to query their own spending information, which it built after hiring more than a dozen data specialists over the past year.
Amsterdam-based Bunq said its tool, named Finn, can interact with customers on questions such as “How long will it take me to retire?” and “How much money did I spend on my trip to New York?”
