An appeals court upheld a judge’s decision to restrict Donald Trump’s ability to publicly attack key figures in the federal election-obstruction case against him but narrowed the scope of those limits.
The US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit ruled on Friday that the former president should continue to be barred from publicly attacking potential witnesses, prosecutors, and court staff.
