We’re drawing closer to that end-of-year reflecting and reckoning.
For our part — workwise — we’re hopeful to get at least three deals over the line. A penthouse flat in Bayswater at just shy of £4 million ($5 million), a Bloomsbury pad at £6 million and a Chelsea house at £8 million. The whole of it will inevitably be slowed by Christmas parties and hangover-related personal days, but we want these deals exchanged by 23rd December. Then everyone can relax and enjoy the festive season.
