Middle East-based alternative asset manager Investcorp Holdings is raising a $750 million fund to invest in companies developing technologies helping to combat climate change.
Investcorp has already secured a significant anchor investment from Bahrain sovereign wealth fund Mumtalakat Holding Co. It’s also in talks with other potential investors including North American institutional investors and other sovereign wealth funds in the Middle East, co-Chief Executive Officer Rishi Kapoor said in an interview.
