Merchant bank BDT & MSD Partners, built from the combination of Michael Dell’s firm and Byron Trott’s company, is moving its New York headquarters to another Manhattan skyscraper.
The company is taking roughly 70,000 square feet (6,500 square meters), spanning three floors, at 550 Madison Ave., the former Sony building that’s been redeveloped by developer Olayan Group, according to people familiar with the matter, who asked not to be identified citing private details.
